Good learning curve

Work days are very demanding and require careful planning to manage the demand from production, configuration, designing and clients. I usually address production issues first, followed by configuration with clients scheduled throughout these and reserve the afternoon and after hours for design work as this provides a period with minimal interruptions. I have a very good relationship with co-workers and even though there are occasional conflicts I resolve them quickly and effectively to ensure minimal impact on productivity. I have learnt a very effective methodology to address conflict resolution and how to manage subordinates. I enjoy the different challenges posed by every new day as well as the high technology environment. The most challenging aspects have been managing budgets due to cash flow constraints of the company. This requires a lot of resourcefulness as results need to be achieved with a constraining budget.

Customer Relations Manager, Electronics Technician, QC Inspector

My name is Johnson Mpho Marokane , I work as an Electronics Technician and a QC Inspector in an Electronics manufacturing company. I am a hard working person and always eager to learn on whatever is challenging me. I started fixing while I was young and I take it as a talent. My dream is to be an Electronics Engineer and design more new advanced circuit boards to put South Africa on the map of Technology. I always share the knowledge I have with my colleagues if there is something they are struggling with. I am a team player and motivate my colleagues. I am always willing to work under pressure to get the job done because I take my job serious. I am always committed to whatever I do and I know what the company expects from me. I have worked in advanced Matlab projects including Artificial Neural Networks, Computer Vision and Image processing, Data classification and more.
