I am an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with extensive experience across the administration and financial management spectrum. I have more than 5 years working in admin and financial environment. After completing my financial management Diploma I was then introduced to the finance department where i pursuit of developing my knowledge and experience; during my time at these Institutions I acquired practical skills in Information Management Computer Software packages such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, Pastel, which I used to process the invoices and reconcile. I am now looking to progress into more challenging and public representative environment. I am therefore keen to find a new and suitably challenging role within people-driven organisation. I believe I can make a valuable contribution to your objectives of your organization.

Looking for a position where I can grow
My current position involves a lot of administration and I do all the training of employees. I interact a lot with the employees in the warehouse which I get to enjoy as I love working with people. Everyday is different as I can plan to do a specific report for the day and then something else comes up that needs to be done urgently. So it is difficult to manage my time and prioritise my work.
Pros: I get to work with different people. No overtime working.
Cons: No growth. Nolearning opportunities

Completing my hr degree and practicing what I studied
Hr is my passion. Any food in hr that makes a difference and challenge my brain- is a blessing. If I am fortunate in occupying any position I work with loyalty, respect and diligence. My experience in hr is of +_6 years and I am still willing to leaen

Great opportunities and wonderful experience
I have experience in human resource and finance as a creditors clerk. I worked mostly with IR and also got involved in training and development. I also worked a lot with payroll admin and general hr administration.
Pros: after finishing my degree got promoted to IR Officer
Cons: Not a big company to get exposure

Tranformation and Industrial Relations Support
I am passionate about HR for so many reasons. I have worked with people my whole career life. Human resources is key to forming relations in companies, handling people personal details this says people trust HR with their personal information. I have learnt the importance of emotional maturity within this department, the ability to bring understanding between management and employees which is the most important relationship in the company and being an advisor to both.
Pros: Easy to resolve matters before they escalate to higher level. interactions and relations are small and easily controlled
Cons: That you sometimes feel one is not exposed to as much as one should interms of HR and that can only be found ain a larger company
