Unfortunately a Temp position, yet a good company to work for. Will I continue to work for them if I get the opportunity? I believe so. Yet due to the nature of the business as well as the area where they are working the opportunities as little.

Pros: Close to home and Family
Cons: Small company where you must do everything to save cost

Able to manage big site

willing to meet the client's requirements teamwork,commitment and accountability able to galvanize the team in good working ethics able to set goals as a team and achieve them conducting safety talks maintaining good quality standard of products good information is well placed when is written down on paper

Pros: to became a General foreman or construction manager
Cons: smart working and hard working, willing to get better results period.
