Excellent Learning curve
I work from 7-5 in the days and if my work isn't done we must work overtime till everything is done and all the machines is full. Working about every Saturday and only get of once a month. Like every company you get people you don't like but we respect each other as we have to work together. We are constant under pressure.
Pros: They sent you on courses to better yourself and the company
Cons: Long hours, always under pressure

Great learning curve
It is great to work among so many colleges for the same company where we always learn something new and doing revisions on ur past experiences whether it was problem jobs or easy jobs. We always look forward to new challenges because as teams we always find a way around or even through the everyday challenges we come across.
Pros: opertunities for promotions are not very fond at the company.
Cons: working hours are from 7h00-17h00 and on weekends 07h00-15h00
