Just ok leaving curve

Company self it's not bad, people running it at the site make things difficult at times. For example, engineering crew work hand in hand with mining crew. So we use bakkies to travel to breakdowns. When their bakkie is broken, they will take ours, and that will cause us to walk long distance to breakdown, and most of our machines work in a very hot places. We have a create team. I personally work with a mechanic and boiler maker. We work very good together. During day shift will include supervisor and assistant. This was my first job working with this kind of machines, so I have learned a lot.

Pros: There absolutely no opportunity
Cons: Very Long working hours at times

BACKLOG SUPPORT IS THE FUTURE IN ANY MINES FUTURE TRAINING COACHING OF WORKERS AS JOBS PROGRESS. THE END RESULT IN ANY PROJECT COMPLETED WITHOUT ANY INCIDENT ACCIDENTS.

Good experience

Hours are great, no overtime required. The job is not challenging TWC Mining are Specialisst of undergroung support installation, and it is a nice experience to have.

Pros: Less stress
Cons: No opportunity for growth
