I learn every day something new
Twincare International is a good company to work for. On a daily basis we do orders calling clients back for orders sorting out queries . Doing credits and sending it to clients. My relationship with my co- workers is excellent. we helping each other when one is swamped with work. The thing i enjoy the most is when we do filling together and cleaning our working stations. What i have learnt is that to work in a team is better than working on your own, and communication is the key to success. The most challenging aspects of the Job is to be more focused and have respect for the client, be polite at all times. enjoy your job, be efficient: doing your job well

Learning every day something new
To work for Twincare International is good . On a typical work day i place orders via computer. Processing credits and attending customer queries. My relationship with my co-workers is fabulous. What i learnt is to work in a team is better than working alone. The thing i enjoy the most is when we do filling together and cleaning our working stations, have team building with other departments. The most challenging aspects of my job is to have respect for the client, be polite at all times. Delight: enjoy your job. Efficient: doing your job well

Learning every day something new
Twincare International is an extra ordinary company to work for. It is fun to work here as we get exposed to the up and coming and latest trends when it comes to nails, make up and especially hair. I get to try out products to better my persuasion skills when communicating with my clients, to ensure a profitable up sell on every call I make or receive.
Pros: signing own cheque: meaning with every telly sales we get incentive

Ecellent
At Twincare we work as a team, firstfirstly in the morning we pick orders whether it's big or small, pack then then after invoice the order. We had a good team because when i scan someo1packs n there is some1 who write invoice n if there is a mistake we try to solve it ourselves before we tell our superior, e.g. wrong of labels or extra products. What I've learned is hw to know weather a Customer is lying or when they say they short or didn't get a correct order. I really enjoy working as a team because that's where we share ideas an suggesting hw to do such thing. The most challenging is recieving different types of orders, big n small at the end of the day we reach cutoff

Gained knowledge and experience
Work 5 days a week sometimes weekends without our company asking me to do so. Respond to emails sometimes till 9 pm.Have always had a great relationship with my co-workers-communication and respect. It’s never too late to learn something new, knowledge and education is key for yourself and your clients along having a good relationship with your clients. I’ve enjoyed meeting new people and growing with the company.The most challenging aspect is remaining enthusiastic about a product for a number of years creating ways to eliminate disinterest in the product along with keeping clients excited.

Good learning curve
I did nor like working here at firat but eventually I got use to the ppl and knowing the procdures. The ppl were all young and only managment was seniors. The company is not a bad place to work for only foenfall was the salary was low. I cudnt even afford medical aid. I had to leave because transport to work was almost non existant and I could not risk my safety.
