Excellent building structure

Having an opportunity to be a part of a team whereby I in my position as a store supervisor/manager am able to learn how to control a group of people by liaising Instructions to create and promote effectiveness.

Excellent learning curve

Resolve every day problems at different stores, do visits, investigation, report to Regional Manager, admin. I have learned alot at Twisp, great training programs, I have learnt how to work with people, to understand them, to do proper sales, to drive teams and to promote teamwork and to create excellent customer service and work enviorement.

Pros: opportunity for promotion
Cons: Employees does not like Authority

Excellent learning curve

There is always something new to learn. Great place to learn accountability, productivity and to grow as an individual and as part of a team. The incentive structure is quite decent, it is better than most. The company does try to stay on top of new trends and customer satisfaction is a too priority. There are open lines of communication between staff and management.

Pros: Two off days a week
Cons: Long working hours
