I am a data capturer/Receptionist I work with people day in & day out, I am a very friendly person ready for any challenge and hard worker. People who know me call me a workaholic as I always work to the best of my ability. I have worked for the Two mountains for 3 Years now and have grow as an individual but I want to learn something new & have something to challenge in a day to day basis. I am also looking forward to grow more & more. I enjoy working with people & see different personality. There is nothing challenging that is why I'm looking for something out of my comfort-zone.

The is no increase since I started working I never got increase but responsibility grows everyday .twoountains has a good training opportunity and skills. The salary range is poor

Fast leaner
my typical work day is make sure that i go home with mote than 2sales,and my relation with co-workers is very good i like working with them there not rude to each other what i have learnt is that everyday at work i must great everyone with a smile and every client thatt enter in our office i must show them a smilewhat i enjoy most is teaching my coluage work like some other work that they dont know and my most challenging aspects is that must not go hwois i must compete with my coluage about work when a client enter we must all make sure that a client is happy and get the help tha they need

Excellent learning curve
I deal with clients everyday and it has helped me learn a lot about how strangers can treat you. You meet different kinds of characters and it has helped me adjust to anything and everything. Most of the time I deal with very emotional clients because I'm a receptionist at a parlour. And that can be very challenging most of the time. I've learnt to be very patient and open minded, and also to push very hard There's a lot of pressure and I've learnt to work very well under pressure I love my job and I get along very well with my co-workers It is time for me to grow elsewhere and learn new experiences and look for better opportunities.

Tough environment but always open to new challenges
My day 30-45 minutes before my day starts, so i can plan, Great my fellow employees, make my boss coffee and start work. Each day brings with it its own challenges, so we usually take it a day at a time. I love the challenges each day presents and what I find most challenging is also the staff morale at the office. Always do the best I can do on that day and look forward to learning a new skill tomorrow.

I work as a branch consultant doing sales and calling customers
ExcsTwo mountains can give you a dignified buriel only if you dont skip months when you are paying. But most people are complaining about the service that they are getting in my view I think its bettere when you claim cash because its underwritten by hollard
Pros: there is no promotion here and sometimes you cant even get your salary

Excellent insurance company
I enjoy working with different people everytime, listening to their problems and doing a good job for the costumers. I like to attend most funerals because is challenging and teach me how to bury our loved ones with respect and dignity.

Fast Learner
Its a mortuary, so the first 3days of the week are busy with funeral arrangements, typing of Programmes, entering claims for the upcoming funerals. when there are no funeral arrangements, we usually get clients who come to pay their premiums. we have an excellent team where we all communicate well I have learnt that team work is the most important part of our role. I enjoy the Programme typing the challenges we face mostly are of difficult clients

I had an excellent learning curve communicate with different individuals
a very busy environment as it is a Burial Service and Financial sector,. I had a good relationship with co-workers Gelled well with them, i have learned a lot regarding the burial services and how to liaise with the grieving clients. i had an enjoyed working with the external clients a you turn to work with different individuals and what was comforting was at the end of the conversations i had resolved and managed to help a client in any matter whatsoever and mostly comforting them in the tome of their loss. There was not much of challenging situations as such because we need to listen to the clients and give them time to explain their grievances and solve them or rather direct it to the relevant department .
