Excellent learning experience

WWorking at my present employer has been exciting as I have learnt all about Payroll. I enjoy the challenge of dead lines and the balancing factors. Because it is a small company, there is no room to grow. So to grow your salary is not possible due to you earning more than others. Although you do maybe much more work than others, salaries are equal. I would like to be more challenged and earn a higher salary.orking
