Great way to learn about new technologies and learning new skills in the process.

My day at work could be regarded as a busy day. We work as a team where we all have each other's backs. I've learned how to deal with different types of people every day. I like putting myself in a position where I to troubleshoot stuff I've never encountered before. The hardest thing about my job is trying to troubleshoot multiple problems on different systems at the same time, and the workload gets overwhelming.

Pros: Great way to learn about technologies i never knew existed.
Cons: Workload can get hectic, too much for one person to handle.
