Good communication skills

What I've learnt the most in my previous job is to work well in a team. You need to do all your work on time so that daily work can be carried through. You need to do have great listening skills avoid conflicts. I enjoy working both in a team or as an individual. The benefits and growth are massive because when u work on your own you learn new things about yourself that you didn't know. Working in a tem is also great because you learn a lot from other people.

I'm able to adapt quickly

In all my roles in the different companies I've worked for I've continuously improved on my knowledge and looked for better and simple ways to perform my duties, this has enabled me to grow career wise as I continued to take on more responsibility and taking on new technologies.
