I would like to apply for the above post which was advertised on t I have a National Diploma in Accounting and National Certificate in Municipal Finance Management. At present I am employed by the Ubuhlebezwe Municipality as Payroll Clerk. I have also worked as a Finance Intern at uMngeni Municipality. I provide exceptional contributions to customer service for all customers and I am passionate about the community, I strive for continued excellence and I am willing to continue further trainings.

Cons: long working hours is more than 10 hours a day

Excellent learning curve
I love working for harry Gwalla. The culture, the benefits, the management and perks are all fantastic. Unfortunately the pay for my role is not even close to enough for the workload and for the cost of living in the area. I'll either need to transfer to a department that I don't love, or to a different company so that I can afford to live here. The team is consistently praising our efforts but doesn't show their appreciation in any way other than free happy hours. I don't think they understand how much they put on the monitor team.

Excellent Personal growth
Working as an HIV/AIDS and Gender coordinator involves communicating with gender and HIV forums, organizing meetings them and stakeholders.Monitoring support groups, responding to their reports e.g. contacting departments that can assist them.Working as a team with co-workers has taught me that one that working in silos does not produce very good fruits but team work is the best.Group dynamics can delay the success of the project.
Pros: Great opportunity for personal growth
Cons: Dependency of community members on officials
