Excellent

Implementing the SHERQ management system from the scratch in this company was the most exciting and greatest achievement in my career. The Diversity within the Company has helped me to develop and grow as a manager,Part of my Job include saving the Company Millions of rand by ensuring that productivity is not lost due to Incidents, Injuries and fatalities.Seeing the Change in Culture towards good practice of health and safety and protecting the Environment across all the UCL employees is what puts a smile on my face and makes me to want to put more effort in ensuring that Employees are safe and the good reputation of the company is not being spoiled by non conformance.Strategical thinking and playing a leadership role in SHE projects within the company has made my job a bit easier when comes to chasing after target and high quality of deliverable. Adding value and bringing change into the Company is what i do best.

Pros: Ensuring that employees are safe and work in an environment that is safe from hazards that can harm their health and safety
Cons: Working away from My Family in Gauteng. living in separate provinces with my Husband.

Have grown alot

its a good company if you are seeking for the comfort of being near home and if you limit yourself.teaches you alot and gives you the freedom to work independently without supervision.

Great Company

Working for UCL Company Ltd Pty has given me a great platform to grow and enhance my management skills across all business units within the group. Implementing the SHERQ management system from the scratch in this company was the most exciting and greatest achievement in my career. Part of my Job include saving the Company Millions of rand by ensuring that productivity is not lost due to Incidents, Injuries and fatalities. Strategical thinking and playing a leadership role in SHE projects within the company has made my job a bit easier when comes to chasing after target and high quality of deliverable. Adding value and bringing change into the Company is what i do best.

Hard working and enthusiasm

Working for a company that is very diversify, with different production lines has given me an opportunity to grow my career . The daily challenges within my profession has taught me to think strategically and also to be able to work with team of management within the group. There has been many learning curves both the manufacturing , production and legislative side of things. Implementation and maintenance of integrated ISO systems within the group has been by far one of the biggest achievements for me in this company.

Pros: There is always a room for growth and new challenges
Cons: Working away from My Family in Gauteng. living in separate provinces with my Husband.
