Excellent learning curve

The only down side about working for the company is you are always threatened to be fired and we are not appreciated for the hard long hours we put in and our salaries are always reviewed on the eve of us getting paid

This has been an experience and am learning a lot days with changes that are happening constantly

Its a company that grows daily be it size or experience, i learn different things from the team work that is encouraged by management, but am looking for a different experience and growth.
