Friendly environment place to work

Place where you work hard but in a friendly environment. Co-workers always friendly and willing to assist if necessary. A typical work day start with coffee with co-workers and discussing problems and ideas to improve in service delivery. I have learnt a lot in different departments. Enjoy working with people. The most challenging aspect was to ensure that the customer is always happy

Pros: No much opportunity to grow in this company
Cons: Some of the departments does work long hours

Excellent

Excellent place to work. Friendly co-workers. Learn a lot from my co-workers and to respect each others culture. A typical work day is coming in enjoy coffee with co-workers while discussing work and then start with the days work. Always discuss and solve customer problems as soon as possible.

Pros: No opportunities
Cons: Only factory staff from time to time
