Excellent learning curve

My day at UDM International starts at 7:30am until 15:30 Monday to Thursday and 7:30 to 14:30 on Fridays. Getting through every week has its challenges. Being a trainee on calls is an amazing experience, dealing with all types of people and learning how to deal with objections correctly is a big learning curve, but a valuable one. My team leader is amazing, her advice was always truthful and useful. The work environment is stressful. My training manager was very hard on us, she never understood how some people take longer to develop in the sales industry than others. After a bad week of sales, we are not given grace or our productivity isn't taken into account. A lot of consultants leave because they feel seconds chances aren't an options at UDM International. It is a really great company to work for. You learn a lot about yourself, positive and negative.

Great learning curve

Working hours are from 7:30 to 15:30 and overtime is a requirement if you have not reached your daily target of 4sales a day, 220 dails, 35 pitches, 30% contact and average of 65% productivity which is measured by the hours spent on the phone and time in between dails which should not be longer than 30seconds. A very energetic environment and we always had motivational talks with the executives. I've learned to be persistent, even more hard working, polished up my knowledge of the science behind sales and my skills to objections handling.

Pros: Opportunity to make money due to uncapped commission
Cons: No security, no basic salary.

Great Training process and techniques

Training program was great and also I learnt a lot about the sales and marketing industry. Great energy around work place and also the environment and mood set by the work space motivates one to wake up and do their job at their best ability. Great relationship between employees and the management.

Highly incentivized

Highly incentivized Work Environment. Corporate dress Fun QA Department Challenging Weekly Targets High Productivity needed Money Orientated Cut throat consequences Fake compassion / Feined Interest Short Hours Willingness to work Overtime expected. No incentives without Targets.

Good leanerning curve

A good company to work. You right your own pay check basically. They are very appreciative of their employees. Very professional . Hard working employees who are goal driven.

Great stepping stone

A typical work day at UDM International; a beautiful company with a very strict work force. A young, vibrant atmosphere, colorful offices and a fantastic in office restaurant. The employees are always dressed sharp, always friendly and in a cheery mood. I have learned the ins and outs of the current division, also reached a new level in being target driven to make the maximum amount of incentives each month. I enjoy the beauty of the company, how they celebrate success and how they motivate.

Excellent learning curve

I worked really hard but I always seek financial freedom ,so when I see an opportunity where I can make more money ,i grab it. Hence I started working at call centres with uncapped commission, working hours were great ,7h30 to 15h30 , 3 month training before singning permanent , the weekly incentives were great and the working culture ,the organisational culture and structure was great .

Exellent learning curve

great company that works on sales with limited leads and targets a day. there is alot to learn within the company but it is not a stable environment. it has an exellent learning curve. builds ones confidence and self belief.

Good company to work for with a lot of challenges the salary is beyond amazing I sign my own check atmosphere is great good people and always a helping hand you always feel like part of the family the company is very much sales and money driven just like me.

Hard worker

Goodwhen it's a quite no customer service entering the store so sit with staff a decision how customers can enter a make it a good day.u we learn by listening and watching by making sales and bring money to the budubusinrssothers. If u don't rich daily target

Pros: Look listen and learn. Also teach others who are new. Being a team leader. Be money driven at all times. Customer service excellence
