You get a training of 9weeks which one week is in classroom roomand the rest on the floor.
Train is being given to people who does not have sales experience After your training if you reached your targets than a permanent position will be considerd and you will be given a gift pack every 6months.what I have learned is that you mist work hard to reach your targets or you won't be appreciated like those who do so.
Pros: afther12months you will be permanat

Great learning curve
other then the ridiculous targets and racist leads given to black employees, its a good place to grow. the team leaders are supportive the office is quite and has a peaceful working environment
Pros: you make loads of money
Cons: being african, i was placed on a african campaign that was ridiculously expensive with minimum leads of below working class clients to sell to. you basically get set up for failure at some point

Sales is my passion
I have more than 5 years experience in sales initially studied and worked in IT but started in sales and never looked back. Why i love sales so much is because you right your own paycheck, money motivates me. The key aspects you need to do well in succeed Mindset,attitude,Confidence, Products knowledge and objection handling. I work hard and always try to exceed my monthly targets when i do i try and help out my fellow collegues

Learned how to deal with costumers over the phone;did objection handling on a daily bases.
Soon as you get in at 08:00start failing and get in contact with your call back clients;hard work and determination and must be able to comunicat with your co workers and must have a passion to working with people and be willing to work in a team.
Pros: become permanent after 3months
Cons: if you diet reach your target can stay for extra hours

The company is well structured, great training programs and outstanding career path, difficult product to sell and client base doesn't believe in the product.

Excellent growth curve
Its a positive environment to work at, you learn to be patient, and strong. There is great growth, its very challenging, but worth it. Keeps you focused. I have learnt to always have a positive mind, and to be a hardworker. I enjoy interacting a lot with different people, and the challenge is that you won't always get what you want. Co-workers are amazing people to work with. They support, listen and never judges you.

Excellent learning Curve
It's an absolutely amazing place to work in, incentives are great Nd the uncapped commission makes you work extra hard and you put more effort to make more money. The working hours are not bad, but if you don't push yourself you bound to work overtime.

Great start
I enjoy my time at UDM as i am working alone and growing at the same time. I meet new people who teaches me stuffs and the most challenging part of my job is explsining impossible situations to members and understanding their need.

Learning curve
I was not at the company f I was only training. I was getting incentives because training lasts for 3 months before you are reviewed for a permanent spot and to be absorbed in the company. or long.
