Work and personal life cannot balance. No reasoning with employers, no benefits

Work can be from 8 hours to 24 hours. Not specified in contract. be fr Many hours travelling, little to no sleep, unsafe working conditions. Company targets are more important than employee well-being. Uniforms don't last ling and costly to replace monthly. No chance for promotion or growth in the company.
