Regional manager overseeing 11 of the 32 stores in group

My normal day was visiting a store scheduled and spend the day with them on my visit I will do training evaluate the store and fix where I need to fix.i will also conduct a audit assesment checking transactions, banking , the filing of documents as per policy etc. In other assessment I will do stock checks staff walefare and assist in finding stock so we can push for invoicing. In strugeling stores I will assess and find ways to improve sales. When it comes to staff I see everyone as human and make can mistakes but also has learned that some people can't be tought. I earned a lot of respect at the company as I was always willing and I really enjoyed being part of the senior team in the group.My biggest challenge in the industry was working with all different personalities but felt great after an issue was resolved.

Pros: Growth within the company as it was sold to a corporate entity.
Cons: No cons I knew what had to be done to succeed.
