Good day, my typical day at my previous work place would include taking calls, assisting employees as well as beneficiaries with any information which needed my attention with regards to EPWP. I would organise meetings, make sure all participating members of the forum attend, I would take minutes and distribute them, i would do filing and manage my supervisors diary. i had a good working relationship with my co workers as i was required to work together as a team and it improved my communication skills and my work ethic. i have learnt how to address people in high positions, i have learnt how to communicate i have learnt hoe to look appropriate and how to carry myself in a professional manner. i enjoyed reachng out to individuals who were previously disadvantaged as they taught me that they too have dreams and goals for themselves and their families.
Pros: going places you never thought were possible.

Excellent place to gain experience with no job security.
It's an excellent place to gain experience however highly characterised by neportism and favouritism. It's more controlled by politics with minimun to no work ethics. There no job security within the organization the employees are not happy with the working environment except for salaries and wages the employees praise the Organisation for high salaries however the working environment isn't decent for someone with hopes of growth. The common way to get employment is through connections and sexual favours.

Excellent learning curve
-I start at 7am to 16pm -I get along with all my colleagues -I have learnt how to socialise with people who have more knowledge then i do. -I enjoy assist others -My challenge is juggling to my work load and attending clients however i have learnt to over come all obsticals.

I have learned alot of skills in terms of meeting procedures and Secretariat management.
I can excel in planning for a meeting before and after. I have good minute taking skills, record management and editing and telephone etiquette. I also have great report writing skills and professionalism and people's skills. Have the ability to work independent as well as in a team. Most companies now employ peopke with the ability to work as a team given that if there is team work within the organisation everyone will work toward the greater good of the company and the goals, mission and vision of the company will be achieved accordingly.

I am in an unemployed graduate programme
I have served the department of agriculture and rural development in KwaZulu-Natal as assistant extension officer for three years. I was employed on a contract basis after that I found another opportunity to serve my municipality to a programme of unemployed graduate as an LED Intern for two years.
Pros: I am working based on communities, I help help to revive and forming community projects where I monitor those project from the start to the end.
Cons: I start working in the morning at 07:30 to 16:30 afternoon.

Good teacher
I supervise a team of 92 and have a good relationship with my subordinates. I enjoy to see people working the more job opportunities created the better. the most challenging part is when i have to choose who to let go every 12 months.

My current job is deadline based and has overlaping reporting cycles and very demanding
I manage a small team in the Budget and Financial Reporting Office and my team is highly dependent on me for support and advise, however I have earned a lot of respect from my team
Pros: the prospects of promotion have are always available
Cons: I spend very long and flexible hours in the office including weekends and I dont get or expect compensation for working extra hours
