Great experience gained

UIS is commercial/testing laboratory with different divisions/departments where you explore in different kind of chemical testing methods. I have learned to understand people and listen to their perspectives. I enjoy working with my subordinates as they are co-operative.

Pros: slim opportunity for promotion
Cons: Normal working hours (i.e 8hours per day)

BEING ABLE TO STAND BEFORE PEOPLE AND GIVE A BRIEF PRESENTATION

SAFTEY IS ESSENTUIAL AT ALL TIMES, I MUST MEET DEADLINES AS WE ARE A CORMECIAL LABORATORY, IT TAKES THE WHOLE 8 HOURS TO WORK ON A NUMBER OF SAMPLES. I HAVE LEARNED TO WORK WITH PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT RACE AND CULTURES. LEARNED MOST TECHNIQUES I NEVER KNEW BEFORE
