Good learning curve
The company is a small growing family business. It stands high chances of growth. I work well with the colleagues and the teams. The challenge is the learning curve, the company doesn't have much opportunities of learning and growth for Industrial Engineering.

First thing is workshop safety and communication very important. I
TMy workshop and tools are tmy . One thing I've learned is never do haho horse play in the workplac. Always be kind to a fellow employees. Safety is very important and to the fellow employees. Never come with House problems to work you wouldn't be thinking straight and consintrate so I think is best to come with a work mode to work and the shall be problem free. timCo So shall

Qualified welder and well experienced
Interacting with evryone daily, like to hear from the customer if they are satisfied with my work, like a new challenge, helping out in other departments and learning new skills. Love welding and learned to be patient and do a decent job.most challenging is that I want perfection.
