Good learning curve

There was no scope for further promotion in the company. Unacceptable working conditions, favouritism amongst employees. Management treated employees with very little respect or regard. Employees felt threatened about theirs jobs should they refuse to do any tasks not related to the company

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: Unpleasant working conditions

EAGER LEARNING DRIVE

Not a typical work day, because I enjoy what I do. my relationship with my co-workers is a great one. I get along with everyone. The joy and satisfaction I feel when I impart new knowledge my students can apply in their studies/jobs

Pros: not much opportunity for growth
Cons: the only cons is that there is no room for growth
