Good opportunity to be more hands on in your job.

Scheduling preventative maintenance and attending to corrective maintenance. Supervising a team of Artisan Mechanics and their assistants. liaise with other supervisors from other section regarding their fleet of vehicles. Good working relationship with everyone in the organisation. Learnt t negotiate and think outside the box to get things done. Financially constraints with the municipalities are the most challenging aspect at the moment.

Pros: Modern workshop equipment
Cons: Highly unionised staff.
