Great working environment

Umfa is an office which is created by and for God centred people, the was mostly peace and harmony. Our achievements are succesful by the firsy phase of the operation Technical to management operation. We were always willing to go drive any curve to make working operation effective. That is downloading readings with no paper trail, retreiving photos by social meduim. Processing and capturing to execution of sending out imports of readings.All that was succesful by an effective strenght of networks to and from building administrators.

Pros: Good independancy
Cons: great hours

Obtained amazing admin skills, communication and working under pressure

I had to capture all the readings the technicians had read on sight. My responsibilities included observing the readings to see if they are as expected, if not make a note to communicate with property owners to see if the meters were faulty or they simply used more... or less and thus compile a report for the client, of the consumption summary and variances in usages. And that's just the gist of it. And this process involved a lot of communicating with my co-workers as I has to get all the necessary details to compile a report and submit to my portfolio manager. I almost enjoyed this more than the job itself as I am very people orientated.

Pros: Great team dynamic
Cons: Not being paid overtime, not enough staff that one HAD to work overtime, salary not meeting basic needs
