I deal with member of the public most of the time,I enjoy Fiona that cos I love people. The relationship between me and my co workers is very good they know that whenever they need me I'm gonna be there to help,example if there is a difficult client they call me and I make sure thatthe client leave our work place smilling no matter ho difficult that person is. I have learn how to deal with different people and thtt as I am a supervisor my listening skills have improved,I learned that for a person to give me possitive product I must also listen to their problems even it not work related give sympathy or advise when necessary. I enjoy working with people The challenging aspect is the fact that m working for the municipality and its a political institution so nobody actually care bout your work, they only care about what's your political party and deploy you and I don't like deployment because most of the time the deployee don't know their work to them its about money.

Pros: Work security
Cons: No promotion unless u prove to be political active.

Excellent growth

I have grown and developed my capacity,however politics influence has pushed me to wanna get out of this environment. In response to the advertisement for Accountant position, I hereby forward my application. With my SAICA articles experience obtained from Auditor General SA (01/2013 to 12/2015)(3years),I have acquired extensive knowledge of Finance,Auditing,Tax Legislation,MFMA,GRAP,Treasury regulations, budgeting processes and reporting requirement, other legislation applicable to public sector and computer skills(i.e. Microsoft Office word,Excel,Outlook and PowerPoint) I am currently employed as a Revenue Accountant and assigned as mSCOA Project Manager since 01 August 2016.

Pros: Great development and knowing the impact of your job to changing the lives of other people.
Cons: Too much political influence
