A day in the life of the payroll department

Support the HR employee life cycle through sound payroll administration, payroll systems and deep knowledge of payroll regulations- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and multi-location payroll and taxes- Ensure payroll third party reports and taxes are processed correctly and on time. Ensure payroll procedures are compliant, efficient and current. Leads the payroll team responsible for the end to end payroll function. Ensure that the payroll system is user friendly and provides timeous and accurate information. Manage the provision of all employees with timeous and accurate salary payments which are compliant with all applicable legislative requirements- Manage and coach payroll team HELP Desk support for problem solving of systems Totally love my job!!!!
