Excellent Learning Curve

*I love working with in my current company as we are working as a team but my mission is spreading my wings and escalate my level of knowledge ans skills. I have learnt learnt *What I have learnt is the importance of communication skills when working in a team dynamic, especially when dealing with constant tight deadlines. I'm always reminding myself that I will probably regret not asking questions if I'm unsure about something. Working here with such a small staff has also allowed me to handle more responsibilities than I would at most other companies. It's allowed me to work closely with all our contractors,investor etc. *I mostly challenging aspect of the job is being delayed by my colleagues when compiling report because to do the final report I have to get inputs from their directorates *I enjoy being challenged because i like gurgling for solutions within a time frame *I work well with my team because we always get to an understanding at all times.

Cons: working in some weekends

Excellent Learning Curve

Priorities work , communicate with client's priorities so as to be well organized and effectively so as to not exceed client’s expectations, updating the status with the client, answering emails and calls from our clients. The relationship with my co-worker is good because we make sure we no issues are left unresolved. I have learnt to pick something I enjoy and excel in, gain the boss’s trust by little things so as my supervisor would gain confidence in my abilities, raise hands for bigger stuff in this way pushed myself to delve into topics or situations that were scary in the short-term but good for my career and never get discouraged instead take every mistake as part of learning, I enjoy being in control and challenges because they motivate me to do best at everything I do, the most challenging aspects of the job-Being blamed for anything that goes wrong.

Cons: working on weekends sometime
