Excellent work environment

Really enjoy the traveling meet new clients maintain old clients. Company offers great perks .. company vehicle .cellphone and fleet card. Every month end we do stock counts every on the first of each month we go for sales meeting... We receive incentive oevery month for targets.

Pros: Growth opportunity
Cons: Unhappy clients

Exceptional learning experience

I have 18 months experience as an HR Administrator. During this time I have learnt quite a lot. The importance of having an open door policy being easily approachable and providing assistance and advice to employees. I love workin with people and have excellent interpersonal skills. IR i fou d if quite intriging as it deals mostly with employee relations with the company. Interaction with Shop Stewards gave me an underatandin of how we can approach the Bargainin Unit employees. Disciplinin emoloyees I found that to be most challegin as emloyers / managers would tent to be quick in disciplinin rather than finding facts first. But I soon grasped a way of how to best deal with this and provide assistance and advise to both manager and employee
