Great experience
I am currently unemployed , About my previous company : GM /labor broker for freelancers and production companies. Duties:sending out invoices,paying freelancer, entering bills on quickbooks. my work required accuracy. I never had time to interact a lot with co workers except at a quick lunch time or Tuesday meetings with everyone. However we had a very great relationship . I have learnt to run a company unsupervised I enjoyed doing my job , working with most creative people in the media industry , and giving them the service The only challenges I faced was with customers that were paying us late and that would course a conflict between me and freelancers so I would have to draw down strategies on how to resolve such an issue because the customer were bridging our contract in every manner. And my direct manager wouldn't help me to come up with any solution
Pros: I couldn't see space for growth .
Cons: I worked overtimes

I concider myself an asset to any company
I am always 10 minutes early and are always the last to leave. I believe you dont go home if your work is not up to date and extra. I am verry precise when it gets to my work I am a perfectionist when it comes to my work. I am always the one that goes the extra mile. I get along with co-workers no matter the race. I would rather learn more than not learn anything. I am a hardworking individual and a fast learner. I pride myself in holding high values and always strive to be the best that I can be. I am a highly focused individual and able to make a success of any endeavour I am involved in. I consider myself an asset to any company, always proactive and willing to do more than what is expected of

Fast leaner
I was doing secretarial work typing emailing attending to office diary and directors diary answering incoming calls greeting incoming clients and directing them to correct offices. We respect each other and work smoothly with everybody. I have learnt that working as a team is a great move course by exchanging ideas we learn a lot. the most challenging aspect was to work long hour with angry client and I have to be calm
Pros: great chances for promotions
Cons: I have learnt a lot frrom this company it was a law firm I was introduced to more strategy of how to deliver, collect and submit court document the flow of court document was a new thing in my llife

I am currently a student, very dedicated to my work, organized and have good interpersonal skill. I am a very keen individual willing to learn and develop new skills, reliable and dependable and often seek new responsibilities within range of employment areas. I am a flexible and a punctual individual, honest and hard working. I am a good timekeeper, always willing ti learn new skills. I am a friendly, helpful and patient person and very polite with a very good sense of humor. I am very flexible in time management skills, good listening and a good communicator with proven inter personal skills and from my university innovation with other students whom we used to work in a team whilst also being capable of using own initiative. And I adhere to strict deadlines. i enjoy sports, reading novels and singing.

I don't see myself working in any other industry than retail.
Everyday is a full day for my, by dealing with suppliers, making deals that would benefit the business, dealing with merchandisers, , placing orders, checking invoices and costings with GP's. Running a disciplined store, back to front. Keeping high standards everyday. Making sure my customer's are happy. Sales targets and budget's are met and exceeded.
Pros: It exposes me to great growth
Cons: Hours are long, that's why you have to love what you do in order to succeed

Opportunity to build relationships with clients for future projects
from 7:30 am we start our day at Proconics. I have a great relationship with my boss and colleagues. One has the opportunity to work independently. I've learnt that there's always an opportunity for growth if I make efforts to get new clients on board for the company. Pressure comes from under-quoting clients because that leaves us with less man hours to complete projects.

Excellent learning curve
the environment was very good special in the morning when we have to do team talk to inspire one another so that u can go the dialer with motivation.Although sometimes you will have difficult days but as team player we used to share experience so that you can achieve you goalgre at the end of the day.special when you reached you target

Determination and hard work will make one reach their goals.
I have had a lot of learning curve in this industry whereby I had to understand this trade first working as an autoelectrician which was not easy when I first started had do diagnostic without machines and then had to adjust as the industry became more advanced.With that it became easy and interesting to transfer the skills to technicians with the experience I have acquired which became more interesting to technicians wich i had to train in a such a way that with or without electronic diagnostic tools they had to learn how to solve problem and that was interesting to them.That made me to really love what i was doing everyday being hands on and a problem solver. Even through all of this excitement there was challenging days when the problem will have to take days to be resolved due to many different reason and I will even dream of it.
Pros: Ones hard work has to be noticed and be rewarded with career growth
Cons: Unnoticed,unmotivated and not being given opportunities
