I am a hard work who have keep on touch for a company to seem grow. And I can work as a team with no attitude and no excuses. Skills development
The nature of my experience has prepared me for this position. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. I am a fast and accurate person, with a keen eye for detail and I should be very grateful for the opportunity to progress . Wonderful years of massive learning.
Working for Unilever has been awesome. It has taught me quite a lot about the FMCG industry. From what it's like to be inside the plant while ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are kept. It has been great growth for me personally and professionally. Great surroundings, great personalities from management to the shop floor. Honestly it's been home!
Pros: Great opportunity for gaining knowledge.
Cons: I wish I was involved more.

I have obtained so much in the retail such as Nqf level 2 & 4 in wholesàle and retail.
I started working at Boxer superstores in 2005 November.I pushed my self by doing training, started as an Cashier to Front end controller(supervisor). Then I went to be a receiving manager after sometimes was sent to do a Replenishment system(stock counter an Pricing).after a year went for administration back and front.after that doing a chief cashier training. Then I was promoted to be an Assistant Manager...I got an offer from Unilever last year 2016 July and I took it am currently working at Unilever as an Field sales

Grade12 &national certificate NQF LEVEL 2&4 in wholesàle and retail
I started working at Boxer as casual in November 2005 shelf packet,then was put on the contract for 3months.Then I started the training as an Replenshipment clerk(stock counter and Pricing)after finishing that training went for being a cashier after that as an Front end controller(supervisor).after I past those departments I wrote some test and got my certificates then I went to train chief cashier after that went to train Receiving manager and wrote the test and got my certificates then I was Promoted to be a receiving manager whilst I was a receiving manager I was told to a training of administration back and front and I did it then I had to write the Tests so that I could get the certificates and I got them....after some months I was promoted to be a floor manager somehow the recognised my potential and give a chance of being an Assistant Manager...
Pros: Be positive always at work do what is expected from you
Cons: Yes I can work the long hours even night shift as long as I will achieve good result at a later stage

I am a highly motivated individual with experience in all facets of Supply Chain Management as well as Customer Service Excellence. My current role as a Process Control Specialist has enhanced my management and business-partnering skills, as it requires me to communicate and report across all levels of the organisation. I am goal oriented and deadline driven which enables me to tackle tasks, produce results timeously and lead in any environment. One of the key aspects of my role incorporates responsibility for monitoring and controlling the end-to-end Order To Cash process to detect issues and communicate to relevant parties for proactive resolution, whilst achieving and exceeding Fixed service level targets. Responsibilities extend to all countries that the South African Hub service, namely: Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Malawi, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, CDI, Ghana and Nigeria. Included in this process is preparing for and reporting on KPI’s monthly.
