What I enjoy most working formy company
Good relation with employees, senior managers and executives. I enjoy dealing with Industrial relation matters and representing the Company at the CCMA level and winning the cases. Typical day at work would be to approve most of payroll inputs and activies.Flexible hours and smaking a, checking and approving service level agreements, giving guidance and advising managers relating to employees matters. Ensuring compliance on legislation amendments in the entire Group.
Pros: Growth opportunity
Cons: Lack of compliments and incentives where is due. Lack of salary increases based on one's performance

Good working relationship
It is a fast moving industry, we’re things needs to be attended as soon as possible, there is no time to put it aside for the next day. The culture is not quite nice , it’s not flexible it is strict hours, where sometimes you find yourself working more hours without compensation. Which is not an issue for now but it will be as it affects the team. What I have learned is the fact that, regardless of what your team is important and also support and walk with them, never leave them behind, in order to achieve your best results in the business, always give them an opportunity to part of the department decisions

Great learning curve
Payroll system is unreliable and time consuming. But the people are awesome and hardworking. Aquired kniwledae of the Metal Industry statutories and also African payrolls. Unfortunately the office setup is uncomfortable and salary is below average for my level of experience due to huge provident fund contributions which is compulsory.

Amazing Company to work for
Used to motivate my team and fellow co-workers with motivational emails. Helped my managing director with creating documents to help sell our products to our government and other countries. Designed Company Calendars and new logos for sister company. Drew policies and procedures. Really enjoyed working at Uniplate
