Excellent learning experience

My typical work day consists of dealing with sales people, staff, customers and suppliers. I ensure all calls off processed are dispatched within SLA. I control the inbound and outbound movement of stock. I manage stock levels to ensure we hold a minimum of 2 months stock for customers. Liaise with suppliers on pricing. Raise purchase orders. I run various reports for customers, sales reps and management. I have a strong and effective relationship with all colleagues which ultimately has an end result to satisfy the customer. I enjoy challenges and having a sense of accomplishment once achieved. Working with a purpose. The most challenging aspects of work is handling conflict. As much as I have learnt alot on how to handle issues and conflict with co workers, it is never easy. We learn to build up a strong diplomatic front whereby we handle situations without getting emotionally involved in it and it is one of the most difficult things to do yet it's so important.

Growth

I I As sales manager, I have had experience in recruiting, developing and mentoring focused and creative sales teams across the country. I possess solid management skills, sound creative and strategic sales skills and derive tremendous satisfaction from working within a team focused on driving sales and satisfying customers from all industry. From my attached CV you will see that I have had the privilege of working lengthy periods at 3 companies over the last 20 year. I valued my time and investment into these companies that showed great growth and success in my time employed with them. I am looking for a new opportunity to grow myself, the people I work with and the company I will work for.

Everyday is something new we learn

Its a nice place to work and it good working environment. But there Is no room for growth in the company. The relationship with my co-workers is very good and we work very good and we work well as team to reach our gold that we set.

Pros: No Opportunity for growing
Cons: Sometimes eotking overtime but not paid for

It's an excellent learning opportunity

We were working hand in hand with vma co-workers the experience was so nice I'd go bck if I have to buh unfortunately it won't happen It was a great life time opportunity

Excellent

I'm good in cleaning packing and in the cooking and make coffee if the thing I don't know I learn faster and I like people I like to my job if um working i don't like people shouting,if um wrong I like people tell me if um wrong not shout or gossiping .I like worng and Im so young n I'll learn more things when um working with different people .

Excellent working conditions and knowledge of different aspects

Knowledge of different aspects Target driven (always new challenges) interacting with customers on a daily basis gaining knowledge of all different areas (customer service, marketing, accounts, warehousing)

Need to expand my skills and knowledge

I work with a very good team where we ensure that we deliver the best customer service to keep them happy at all times. I have learned how to be a team player, more knowledge when it comes to customer communication and to excel in all the work that entails for the day. The most difficult aspect is to keep a difficult customer happy and to ensure that they feel valuable as all our clients.
