Poor managemnt

Poor managment and support. Zero profesionalsism and family based managment, which opens up for family feuds and conflicting relasionships. Not very likley to grow into a larger company due to the poor management. Decisions are based on emostion and not facts.

Over head crane

They hire me as general worker,I did anything that they want to do.after few months they give me opportunity to go to school for Overhead crane driver.I really appreciate that...

Pros: Great opportunity for crane driver
Cons: Long working hours everyday
