Great start for customer service, in terms of sales and a great start for administrative work.

Please note that currently am unemployed. My typical day at my previous job will be answering of calls, calling clients. Capturing information on the company's data base. My co-workers we have a good relationship, our communication is good as we strive to work together as team in order to meet the company's objective. example will be when one is busy on the phone and client request to speak to them, will answer the phone and assist the client or take a message in order to be called back. Most challenging aspect of the job was that we had a basic salary and commission, so the challenge part of the job was getting clients. Sometimes co-workers will steal your clients. in that I found a way on how to deal with this by staying calming and not fighting over a client, cause at the end of the day the client will request to speak to me as I was the first contact person. I enjoyed dealing with different kinds of clients as I have learnt how to handle different clients and how to approach them.

Cons: Currently I had no constrains at my previous job as I worked for a month.

Customers service

Am a hard worker and am hungry for sales I believe I can work in any company and can bring good into the company I can work in pressure and also in a team am a humble guy who knows what he wants and what I can bring into a company.
