1 Estimate quantity and prepare BOQ. 2 Review of tender drawings/Site Visit and specifications. 3 Contact with Consultants/Designer for clarifications and queries, if required. 4 Maintain proper records, doc control, drawings and filing systems. 5 Handle the duties as assigned directly by the Head of Tendering Section. 6 Produce quotations with best cost solution for custom made products and features. 7 Presents rendering and value engineered proposal to clients. 8 Review BOQ’s and extract relevant information from CAD drawings and specifications 9 Perform engineering take-off for materials quantity and man-hours requirement 10 Prepare suitable terms and conditions (notes, inclusions, and exclusions etc.) 11 Product sourcing of materials from different suppliers (local and international)
