Great working environment, positive colleagues, very professional

Working on an offsite yard for an dealership in Alberton, dealership is based in Mpumalanga. Its a small team working at the offsite workshop so you learn toe do everyone's works.

Work environment and clients

I still learn something new from the bank industy every day. I have a nice work relationship with my fellow workers. They take me on customers visits, to start knowing my client and for future relationship building with them. If you know your customer, It is easier to communicate and negotiate with them. We then close the deals. One thing I enjoy the most is the appreciation from a customer when you let them know of their approval. Now you start to be "friends"

Pros: I see this as a great opportunity to grow in a bigger environment
Cons: I currently work fro. 8 to 5. Someting longer hours if needed but not everyday. No Saturdays
