Excellent Team work

The company has Daily production targets that require good quality products at all times released in accurate volumes within a specific time with a great team work within the department and other departments. For example within production we maintained an excellent teamwork for example in my team I made sure from our team as much as our roles are deferent we each understand all these roles and value of them and each of us always available to assist one another where possible (this have made it easier for them to apply for better positions within the department when there're vacant positions). Great teamwork has made it possible for me and my team to meet and exceed daily targets from all the years without excuses. In an industry full of males and older people great teamwork skills have always made possible for me to win at all times and has taught me so much and continually groomed me from one level to the next.

Pros: Great opportunities for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

A company that keeps you on your toes

The business is a sorghum producing company, it's a monopoly where they control the entire sorghum industry within south African. Their sorghum products are perishable, it needs extensive selling skills to maintain a moderate stock level as sales representative. The company offers other products like bulk mague, which they sell to the mines surrounding Potchefstroom, there are carton mageu packs available to food retailers.

Pros: Being able to meet all kinds of people, from Business owners to customers
Cons: Office routine work

Excellent learn curve

Had a good relationship with my peers They are lot of opportunities in the company and its challenging. If i any make an example of challenges I have ever had is when it's month end and the deliveries of beer from our brewery in Durban they delayed and customers will start complaining of not having stock I had to apologise and promise the to deliver as soon as I get stock. This is also what I learn that to keep good relationship with customer is good as ever. And having bafour stock is always the best so that when you have delays you can be able to send what you have to customers meanwhile you still waiting for delivery.

Pros: From stock controller to Depot Supervisor.from depot Supervisor to acting depot manager
Cons: From 6-6
