Meet and Greet clients Central office switchboard manner Making Appointments both internally and externally Purchasing/Managing stationery ,office consumables & groceries Filing / Scanning / Copying Liaising between branches and departments E-mailing staff and customers Oversee maintenance of the office, equipment, repairs, cleaning etc Handling petty cash, reconcile, report and to the Senior Bookkeeper Significant input into the organisation of meetings and events Receive and co-ordinate deliveries Any other additional duties as required by management and line manager Capturing of purchase and sales orders on Sage Pastel Management of the office diary Bookings of flights and accommodations All admin for Workshop Technicians done on Odyssey Job card system.

They are a great company to work fo. They look after their staff and and great opportunities at the companythey are very tight group of people if you dont fit in they will try and work you out
