Excellent learning Curve

I am a HR generalist in a Media and advertising company, I ensure implementation of training plans for employees to ensure that employees are trained and developed, also do recruitment by following recruitment procedure for the company.also coordinate social events for BBBEE purposes. Have an open door policy where staff can talk to me about anything. As an HR officer I learnt to be always proffessional because employees can come with metters that are not work related, but always have to find a way of dealing with the matter proffecionally. Happy employee equals to happy productivity.

Cons: Long working hours
