Regional store controller,managing two stores with 8 staff for Unitrans Passenger

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I Am Lucine (Luke) Hattingh. I am a dedicated, enthusiastic and loyal person. Love a challenge and do my best to solve any problem. I think out of the box and deliver my best when under pressure. I take pride in all I do.I work away from home with my family living in Port Elizabeth. I am currently working in Kuruman for Unitrans Passenger going for 11 years. I am the Regional Stores Manager. Running two stores; one in Kuruman and the other in Sishen. As a Passenger service, parts are the most important item to make sure any fault with any machine is managed and repaired without any discomfort to the passengers. Managing parts and ensuring availability and keeping stock of stores are the most crucial part of my work being performed.Keeping the Workshop and Passenger happy. I have knowledge of all fields from technical to procurement. I know that I can be a asset to your company as I have the skills and have the knowledge to promote production and cost savings

Learning Curve

My time at Unitrans has been short-lived, It has a huge company and very demanding This industry is quiet at the moment and I am not being able to show my full potential I would like to work in a place where I can do my job to the best of my ability and show results of that. I have had a previous admin position and loved every minute of it as the organization freak in me was able to shine

Growth over the years, experience in many departments

I have growth considerably over the last 12 years from closing job cards to becoming the system administrator for the technical maintenance system. i have knowledge in the financial department, fuel as well as the workshops and stores. There is a lot of politics amongst staff and working environment can be unpleasant. No rewards for work well done rather you get more responsibilities
