Since started here I have been introduced on how to work on the loading side of things .

It's a hectic environment with people of diverse cultures and their management style is good and there is a roam for any opinions and opportunities to learn and grow with the company . There are opportunities also on the educational side of things .

Pros: I started as a Dispatch became a first aider and also acting behalf of
Cons: We put extra hours when there is a need ,but according to company procedure and we do shift hand overs and we work 12hours daily

Excellent learning

I have gained great experience from my last employer... Working with drivers have helped me to gain leadership skills and confidence... Day to day duties were to brief drivers with their routes hand over diesel cards and truck keys. Give any special instructions for the day then despatch them taking down opening km.. Will then track them and update hourly by calling them and checking on their progress on delivery at the stores.. If there is any delays I'd call the stores and lease with the store manager on the delays at the store.. Send hourly reports on KPIs to executives

Cons: No growth within the company
