I get to learn a lot about the funeral industry

I capture client’s information from files to an excel database from the parlous 8 branches across the province. I also work perform on Sage accounting system assisting my Accountant colleague in capturing monthly bank statements , client and suppliers receipts and currently setting up payroll on the same system.

Great learning opportunity

Learned how to deal with different charactors, empathy and communication skill. Management is very supportive. We follow laid down procedures. Working under pressure and dealing with difficult customers.
