Great development programs

Work hours was flexible if the production was good then all went well, if production was bad we all joint hands to assist where possible. My relationship with both employer and employees was excellent. I started as a miner in 2000 and worked myself up to a mine overseer. I enjoyed to teamwork between management and the people. There was a few challenges but with teamwork anything is possible.

Pros: Great opportunity for development
Cons: Mine had to retrench due to Eskom not extending the contract {GUPTAS}

Bad attitude at work it doesn't pay.

Always come sorber work, Leave attitude at home, stay focused all the times to avoid making mistakes at work. Respect your superior and you will love your job. Always have a good way of communicating with people.

Pros: Not that much opportunities due to financial issues of the company
Cons: Long enough plus working overtime.

Excellent typing skills

Ive worjbled ver well with my co worker's, our working relationship was exceptional. I learned a lot at the job i did things like team working skills to brainstorm and a lots

Exellent in communication

I have worked as an operatir for 3 years and as a full time safety rep for 2 and half years. Nine months as a jnr safety officer. I'm good in communication, I am a team player as well and I have manage to work hand in hand with some of the DMR inspectors

good morning, my name is Musa. i have worked in the open cast for about 4 years as an operator.i can operate an ADT, RDT, Dozer Excuvator and grader, also did SHE rep for 4 years while i was still an operator. I have HIRA, Incident investigation, COMSOC1, SAMTREC SHE rep and Health and Safety management. i am so passionate about what i do as i am a full time safety rep currently.while to get an opportunity to express my self.
