Good stepping stone but no growth

I have mastered the data capturing aspects of my position having learnt how to do this after my first month.workload is usually in the morning so i work smart not hard.i had a close relationship with some of my colleagues who i started with.we sometimes experienced a surplus of work so that takes away our weekends.we would be exhausted after those few weeks but after that we don't have much to do.we always had deadlines.i enjoyed the company of my colleagues and helping each other out.that grew a strong bond between us

Pros: It pays well
Cons: Lazy colleagues

Everything was worth it, yet hectic days as you are dealing with different students. When it times for registrations and when student are being financially cancelled that is when it would be atleast hectic and not so good to work.

Excellent learning curve

My shifts were starting at 7 in the morning till 4:30 in the afternoon in my section I worked as barista and we were two managing to make orders and serve customers because no matter how busy you can be you have to attend to the and answer what ever questions they may have,I worked so well with my coworkers because if you can't work well together with those close to you then you will either hate your job or end up looking for another one,I have leaned so much from being with different kind of people in a different kind of environment ,people are different I have seen that were I was working the were lot of customers from different kind of religion customers its was a nice experience, I enjoyed everything about my work place I was everywhere helping were I can,I miss everything including my bosses

A good working environment

My work experience includes on the job training while working for Masvingo Diocese for a period of approximately 5 years as a teacher, evangelizer and administrator. Later, as a lecturer at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa I had overall responsibility for diploma and certificate courses, planning, leadership of the community service team and internal auditing of procedures. As a student, my role is to ensure integrity and team work in the educational system. I am conversant with IT applications such as MS Word and Excel. All in all, I have approximately 7 years of dedicated professional employment, as highlighted in my attached resume. My career has seen me exposed to a variety of learning institutions, both public and private. I view myself as an all rounder.

Pros: Many learning opportunities
Cons: Long working hours

Excelent in working with people and with ICT projects

I work with people of about 200, per day. some days I receive higher volume of clients and they that caused them to be impatient so I am able to deal with them and change complains into compliments. When ever I am around my co-workers they can lean on me , I can assist them in work related matters, give advise and sometimes take action eg when an employee disobeys the code of conduct for a number of times. To serve at the hospital as a deputy chairperson of the board helped me to learn on management issues, decision making, planning and organising and making useful creative inputs to the organisation that will benefit it and improve the quality of work or service delivered. What I enjoy most is the human resource function, selections, shortlisting, interviewing, training and giving feedback to candidates. The most challenging aspects of the job is disciplining and enforcing the policies and code of conduct to employees.

Pros: labour relations specialist
Cons: Travelling long distances
