Good opportunities to learn but work gets redundant which is not ideal in IT

A typical work day is from 8am-5am, doing the same routine job. We work as a team of developers hence the close interaction within the team. I have learnt to mix and belong in a team, to take ownership of my work and also to work alone when there is the need. I enjoy getting things done, satisfying the client and meeting deadlines or being ahead of schedule rather. The most challenging aspects of the job is meeting users who are not sure of what they want, they change things frm every progress meeting hence stalling progress.

Pros: Room for promotion
Cons: nepotism from management
