Excellent learning platform

on a day to day bases i call clients, capture data and arrange appointments for our financial adviser and i also adviser on basic matters eg reviewing a clients WILL. my co- workers and i work successful together and its a happy environment if one of us is out we take calls for each we help each were we can. i have learned dealing with different people on a day to day bases and that putting a client first makes everyone's job easier. dealing with client telephonically tends to be more challenging for me having to explain over the phone and sometimes been rejected.

Pros: great experience for future positions
Cons: spending hours over the phone.
