Excellent learning curve and exposure

My company is amazing, we known for doing the impossible, and turning normal venues into world class venue with the decor. I get along with my co workers, we may not be friends but respect each other well enough to be able to work together, I've learned how to manage people, how to think on my feet, how to solve problems are avoid them, I've learned the importance of customer satisfaction and how the treatment you give to your customers can make or break a business. I enjoy the diversity of our staff and the different kind of ideas that they all bring to the table. Whats challenging the most is managing 30 people and holding 2 position in the company as I am the Operations Assistant Manager responsible for allocating work, time and vehicles for our Operations team, and Managing dispatch where i have to make sure all jobs are packed and ready to go out timely

No learning gurve

1. Question athoraty 2. Working in dust and lunch on side walk. 3. Work well with co workers 4. Owners not reasonable 5. Must stand the whole day. 6. What i enjoyed going to setups for functions 7. No increase or bonus or pension funds

Cons: Working every weekend
