I'm quick to learn

I was a scanner from there driving to the client and I learn to be punctuate in time and deliver express in time and I learn how to handle a dangerous goods and to drive a code ten driver because I have dgp. I'm very friendly with my colleagues.I enjoy to work lonely and I'm self motivated person and I can work other pressure.

Excellent relationship building

I've been in HR department for more than 12 years. My experience in HR have allowed me to grow and develop professionally. I am an outcome-oriented Human Resources Specialist who has worked in a various HR positions to assist companies in achieving sustainable business growth and a positive operating culture. In my previous work experience I have done extensive compensation analysis leading to a higher detainment of employees, resulting in a reduction in the cost of recruitment. I have knowledge of HR principles and practices as well as administration and evaluation. I also have knowledge in development and implementation of policies. I’ve gained good academic background in the human resources management, combined with my work experience in the field of human resources.

Excellent knowledge on Customs Compliances

Always meets my KPI's and exceeds at all times, I have a good relationship with all my colleagues as we make sure that we finish all work as a team by the end of each day. It is become easy to work as we can all ask questions where necessary and I have realized that the more I ask questions I am becoming more and more stronger everyday. My biggest concern is to make sure that I always comply with customs so that I could not risk of making my company to loose shipping/forwarding license as well as not risking loosing my job. I like to socialize a lot and that way it is easy to relax and excel on what I am doing. the most interesting thing about what I am doing is I am excelling on the tariff codes and I know my 21 golden rules from customs, that way I know that I am on par.

Customs air and sea freight clerk

I am framing entries ,do provisional payment ,rent note ,sent quires to customs .arranging to stop examination . solving Quires with the client and customs . helping the forwarding department .communication with the airlines for freight details . getting the storage charges ,assisting the channel controller to solve the problem with the client

Pros: framing and customs is the main thing i am doing
Cons: working hours is from 8 to 5 ,working weekend is is requred

Reality and Promises not aligned

I currently manage 45 staff Nationaly, with approx 20 new hires being coached. My existing staff are well motivated and exceeding expectations in their sales efforts. It is a challenge getting quick turn around on descision making with our head office in Dubai. I have created a happy work environment where all members valued and guided to succeed for our joint cause in growing revenue and services.

Cons: Lack of support from Head office

it is a busy warehouse dealing with packages /cargo from abroad,i work well with my co-workers in a team,for now there is nothing much that i have learnt rather than scanning of packages and working with clients that come to draw shipments referred to hand over shipments,i enjoy offering service to clients/customers.i have not yet met any challenging aspects internally rather than customers that are sometimes difficult to understand our procedures but i can say i am able to handle them(customers)

Pros: opportunities for promotions are slim
Cons: working hours are just normal and sometimes work night shifts and work over weekends in a rotating form

Co workers are great. We work well with each other. Typical day involves a lot of running around

Workers are not paid right let alone appreciated for the work they do the culture is not very flexible and welcoming There is a huge gap between management and employees

To learn the people about safety, that newer new as much about safety

i enjoy helping people to great a safe working environment and keeping them safe, learning them has opened their eyes and they are more safety aware i am the company safety officer/manager and i am also operations i handle all the safety systems and the employees i had to implement a new safety file from scratch and we got an great audit report now striving to get an higher audit mark than last year, i am learning all the employees about safety and they know what to do in the field when it comes to safety i have an safety meeting every month with all the employees with a main safety topic and to give them the chance to ask questions and hand over all their safety problems

Personal interest

Goal achieving is on the top of my interest alongside meeting new people of all different races and cultures, communication is the key. Love solving problems and associating with people positive people to discuss ideas and associating with people that can help me progress and become successful in life to carry out any task placed in front of me now and in the future

Driver

we start at 8pm to deliver and finish at 5 pm after 5 pm is over time .we work on weekend but we claim over time .holidays we also work over time .my job is to make sure that we deliver in time and we must also make sure that we deliver the right shipment .

Cons: 10 hours
