I I I Ups is a good company to work for. But the management style is not very good and they don't appreciate their employees. They need to be able to communicate more efficiently with their employees and to provide them with security and the top managers should stop using their power to intermediate to lower staff. Taking qualifications into the not to appoint people because of the colour and, check if people are a qualified candidate for the position. Regards me and bad time. But Ups as a company it is a very good company lot
